In 2019 Moses Sam Paul (MSP) was penning the Growth Engine Handbook. It started off as a work log of his Growth Experiments for the last 5 years. In October 2019 while he was manning a stall at the Nasscom Product Conclave he met Giridhar (GG) who had donned several hats (sales guys, systems integrator, offline AD Agency director etc) and they immediately hit it off.
The common theme was that there should be a life-long learning community for Growth Professionals and the seed idea for MadAboutGrowth was born.
In Feb & March 2020, we conducted workshops of the Growth Engine Framework for NGOs and few agencies. From April to August we implemented the same for startups and communities in Bangalore - India.
In August, we soft-launched the community and selected 20 Apprentis out of 350 applicants to implement Growth Campaigns for the startups we were consulting.
September - November was execution of the chartered growth strategy and executing the content strategies.
In December and January we were quietly working on consolidating our processes and lay the foundation for the community at large.
We are excited about 2021 because of Learning Circles, Growth Engine Course within Educational Institutions, Fellowships and Monthly Community Huddles!
